To calculate the total charge add together all your individual requirements

Description
Basic Fee for
3 hours		 $500.00 This is the basic fee for 3 hours of Entertainment
During this period the duo will play a minimum of 3 x 45 minute sets unless directed otherwise by the staff and/or organizers
Basic Fee for
4 hours
 $600.00 This is the basic fee for 4 hours of Entertainment
During this period the duo will play a minimum of 4 x 45 minute sets unless directed otherwise by staff and/or organizers.
Extra Hours
Before 12am		 $100.00
Per Hour
 This is the charge for entertainment per hour
over and above the previous 4 hour period
Between the hours of 12pm and 12am
Extra HoursAfter 12am $150.00 Per Hour This is the charge for entertainment per hour over and above the previous 4 hour period between the hours of 12am and 5am
Karaoke $200.00 Additional Charge if included in the MIxJA entertaiment package
Formal Attire $50.00 This is an extra charge if the band is required
to wear formal attire
Set up early fee
Per hour		 $50.00

For weddings and corporate functions where MIxJA is required to set up early

e.g. Reception guests start to arrive and band has to be set up by 5:30pm but the band doesn't start until 7:30pm

5:30 - 7:30 = 2 Hours@$50per Hour = $100

Therefore in this instance the charge would be "$100"

Traveling
Per Km		 $2.00 "This is the traveling time per Km for all gigs
outside the Canberra Queanbeyan Area.
E.g. if Canberra to country town "A" is 100 km the extra charge
will be $ 200.00"
Karaoke $150.00 Per Hour For a night of Karaoke including Operator, Equipment and Thousands of Song Files (Min Charge 3 Hours)

Please also allow for the following

  1. Where the Distance from Canberra to the Club or Function is greater than 150Km, Pre Paid overnight accommodation will be required. (This accommodation is to be paid for by the Club or Function Organizers)
  2. Dinner for 2 at all functions that have meals
  3. A deposit of 10% is required for all bookings
